Academic Integrity Policy for Fact Village

At Fact Village, we are committed to fostering an environment of academic integrity and excellence. All users are expected to adhere to the following principles:

Original Work Requirement

All submissions must consist of original work created by the user. Collaborative efforts are encouraged, but the final work must reflect the individual contribution of each participant.

Plagiarism Prohibition

Plagiarism, defined as the use of another’s work, ideas, or expressions without proper attribution, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copying text, images, or data from other sources.

Proper Attribution

Users must provide appropriate citations for any materials, ideas, or works that are not their own. This includes properly attributing quotes, paraphrased ideas, and any other content that is not original.

Consequences of Violations

• First violation: Warning and mandatory completion of an academic integrity workshop.
• Second violation: Temporary suspension from the platform.
• Third violation: Permanent removal from Fact Village.

Honor Code Statement

By using Fact Village, I pledge to uphold the principles of academic integrity, produce original work, and respect the contributions of others. I understand the consequences of violating this policy.
